Running Injury dot org is a place that is dedicated to educating and preventing all sorts of injuries and ailments related to running and physical exercise.  We are an unbiased source of information that is meant to educate athletes about the causes and treatments of running injuries.

Please keep in mind that we here at Running Injuries dot org are experienced athletes and not doctors.  The advice here is meant to provide a means of describing and narrowing down any physical pain you may be suffering.  It is not meant to be a means of diagnosing injuries.  We strongly discourage any self-diagnosis and believe that your body will tell you when you need to seek professional help from a physician.
